The Kunghit 29 was designed by Haida Gwaii resident Jake Pattison as a commuter and exploration vessel. When you live remotely and need to get somewhere you can’t always wait for the weather so this is a go anywhere / anytime kind of boat. Her long narrow hull is designed to go fast in rough water with lower horsepower and fuel consumption. She’ll do 30 knots with a single 90HP outboard. Uses include: Pleasure Boat, Commuter, Exploration & Research, Light Workboat.
